Shipping & Payment

Shipments within Mexico will be done by air 1-2 business days after your order is placed and payment completed. Each country has different medical regulations, we advice you to contact us if you have any question regarding this. 

Each customer is responsible in knowing his country health and importation regulations, in the measure we know them we will suggest shipment carriers. Shipping carriers, payment methods may change for each country or region. We offer Visa and Mastercard payments to certain regions, western union and wire transfer is available for worldwide shipment, please consult us for details on your country. On all credit/debit card payments we will need copies of your Identification and credit card, a requirement from our bank in Mexico asked for your security, ours and our bank. 

Our products are shown in US dollars but charge for credit/debit cards is done in Mexican Pesos because our bank is in Mexico at the current conversion rate, we use the following web tool http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html so your charge receipt will show Mexican Pesos, not US dollars. If your bank is outside Mexico, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee. Exact charge applied to your card is uncertain due each bank conversion rate.
