Shipping & Delivery

Shipments within Mexico will be done by air 1-2 business days after your order is placed and payment completed. Please understand that each country has different import and sanitary regulations, so we advice to contact us for any question regarding this before ordering. Each customer is responsible of knowing his own country health and importation regulations. We can suggest shipping carriers upon each order.

Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements can be arranged within previuos case review.

• Your satisfaction is our goal, feel free to contact us for anything.
• Due the fragile condition of the products, we may need detailed information about the condition of the shipment, vials, handle procedures when the product was used or opened, etc.
• Re-shipments are not guaranteed, so before shipping we may contact you to make an advice; nevertheless before ordering from anywhere you can contact us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We offer Visa and Mastercard payments to limited countries; western union and wire transfer are available on most countries. On most credit/debit card payments we may require copies of your identification and credit card due a requirement from our bank in Mexico; this is asked firstly for your security, then for ours and our bank

Our products are shown in US dollars because international market prices, but credit card charges are done in Mexican Pesos because our bank is also in Mexico; charge will be done at the current international conversion rate. If you are outside Mexico, your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee. Exact charge applied to your card is uncertain due each bank conversion rate and fees.

Viewing Orders

Our system allows you to track your order progress, receive notifications, print invoices, edit your personal data, etc.
You can view your orders login in to your account.

Updating Account Information

You can edit any placed order within 24 hours or before it's shipped, what ever happens first. By editing order you can ask us to modify the item quantities, address, or shipment carriers. Any change to your authorized order must be reviewed before being accepted; request are not guaranteed to be accepted, please wait our confirmation after any enquiry.
